<p>An antibody or antibody fragment capable of binding to a protein (TrpC1) that is a novel type of Ca2+ channel encoded by a trp gene. The protein is a store-operated channel subunit contributing to store-operated Ca2+ channels in native mammalian cells, accordingly this represents a potential target for novel drug design.</p> |
