PURPOSE: A water saving sink by recycling washing water is provided to reduce the amount of water used and to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The water saving sink by recycling washing water comprises the steps of: installing a storage tank(16) into a sink body(2) to discharge primary washing water to a waste-water pipe(8) and to filter/store secondary washing water for recycling; installing an upper plate having sinks(4,4a) partitioned into a primary washing room and a secondary washing room on the sink body(2); and connecting the sinks(4,4a) to the waste-water pipe(8) and the storage tank(16) respectively.
