The invention relates to a hinge (5) for a vehicle seat, in particular, a locking hinge for a motor vehicle seat, with a first hinge piece (11), a second hinge piece (12), which may be rotated and locked relative to the fist hinge piece (11), at least one bolt (21), arranged as to move radially in a guide (15) in the first hinge piece (11) and co-operating with the second hinge piece (12) on the side thereof facing radially outwards, for locking and an eccentric (25), which may be rotated relative to the hinge pieces (11, 12) and which acts on the bolt (21) on the side thereof facing radially inwards in order to move the above radially outwards, whereby the eccentric acts on the bolt (21) in two separate places (23, 31).
