INPUT BLADE GRATE FOR AXIAL TURBOCOMPRESSOR'S STATOR

The solution concerns a machine containing a set of hinged stator inlet blades (3) heated by electric heating body (24). The supporting ring (2) of the stator box (5) is mounted from one side using known method by a shoulder ring (6) in circumferential groove (7) of the box (5), and from the other side mounted into successive part (8) by means of outer peripheral tooth (9), therefore it is separately extractible. In the vane blade (14) there is at least one basic bore (23), in which there is the heating body (24). The electric wires (25, 26) leading from it are arranged in peripheral protective groove (27) in the supporting ring (2). In the vane blade (14) there is at least one extra bore (31, 32) with defined diameter (d). When using the bandaged inlet blades (3) the first extra bore (31) is performed through the whole vane blade (14) and an outlet electric wire (26) is arranged in this bore. For electric wires (25, 26) there is a vertical groove (28) arranged in the wall of cylindrical pin (15) and in the wall of the supporting ring (2) there is a vertical mill-off (29) below the level of the peripheral protective groove (27) bottom.<IMAGE>
