PURPOSE: A dispersion solution and an electroluminescence device prepared by using the dispersion solution are provided to improve the lifetime and the luminosity of the electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: The dispersion solution comprises polyanions and cationic 3,4-polyalkylenedioxythiopene, and the 90% or more of the particles contained in the dispersion solution has a size of 50 nm or less. The resistivity of the coating prepared by using the dispersion solution is more than 5,000 Ω·cm. Preferably the 3,4-polyalkylenedioxythiopene is represented by the formula 1, wherein n is an integer of 3-100; X is -(CH2)x-CR¬1R¬2-(CH2)y(wherein R¬1 and R¬2 are independent each other and are a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group of C1-C20), an aryl group of C6-C14 or =CH2-OR¬3(wherein R¬3 is H, an alkyl group or -CH2-CH2-CH2-SO3H); and x and y which are independent each other, are an integer of 0-9. The electroluminescence device contains a hole injection layer prepared from the dispersion solution.
