PURPOSE: An image recognition method for preventing the reverse input of a lead frame is provided to be capable of recognizing a specific portion of the lead frame as an image in order to detect the reverse input of a product accurately during a wire bonding process. CONSTITUTION: An image recognition system(22) is provided with a CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera(22-1), an image processing part(22-2), and a display part(22-3). After evaluating the first teaching value of a lead frame(21) along the diagonal direction by the image recognition system(22), the second teaching value of a 180°revolving image of the lead frame(21) is compared with the first teaching value of the lead frame(21) in order to evaluate a matching value between the first and second images. When the teaching values of the first and second images are different, the first teaching value of the lead frame(21) is memorized in the image recognition system(22). When the teaching values of the first and second images are the same, the third teaching value is evaluated by re-teaching another image of the lead frame(21). |
