PURPOSE: A food refuse separator for a sink is provided to use conveniently by attaching simply to a sink, to prevent a counterflow of odor caused by food refuse, to remove food refuse easily by crushing effectively, to prevent a sewer pipe from being stopped by food refuse and to prevent water pollution. CONSTITUTION: The food refuse separator for a sink comprises: a separator body(10) provided with an installation space(10'), doors, a switch, a display part and a filtrate outlet(14); an input hopper(20) provided with an anti-counterflow unit for preventing a counterflow of odor; a crushing part(40) installed to the inner installation space(10') and provided with a drum(41) containing many through holes(41') and housing a feed shaft(42) with a screw(43), and a guide cover(50) guiding waste water dropped into the through holes(41') of the drum(41) downward; a filtering part(60) for filtering sludge of waste water discharged to the through holes(41') of the drum(41); and a sludge collecting container(70) for storing dehydrated food sludge dropped toward a bearing circular plate(44) of the crushing part(40).
