<p>The invention concerns a cosmetic composition for treating keratinous materials comprising in a carrier suited for the keratinous materials: (i) at least a reducing agent and (ii) at least a cationic poly(vinyllactam), and its used for bleaching and permanent waving of keratinous fibres.
