The outside of the flushing head (3) is longitudinally grooved (4) during flushing and two grooves have associated outlets (6) between them as against the bottoms of the grooves (4) where drain holes (6) lead to an offtake line (10) for the used flushing fluid coaxial to the flushing hose (2). The grooves should be distally closd and open at their proximal ends and during flushing the head (3) is distally spaced from the distal end of the drainage line (10). Spacing is adjustable for preference and can be cancelled when inserting the head (3) into the intestine or bladder etc. During flushing the outlets (6) stand at right angles or adjustably below 90[deg] to the intestine or bladder wall (14).
