The invention relates to a tube filling machine comprising a peripheral conveying device (11) enabling a tube (13) to be transported through the tube filling machine and to pass through various processing stations run through. One of the processing stations is a filling unit (14) in which the tube (13) can be filled with a desired product. In order to assemble and dismantle the filling unit (14) in a fast and simple manner, it is placed on an adjustable supporting structure (21) which can be adjusted between an operating position in which the filling unit (14) is arranged in the tube-filling machine above the tube which is to be filled (13) and a non-operating position in which filling unit protrudes laterally from the tube filling machine.
