PURPOSE: A fabric belt buckle is provided to simplify the fastening/releasing manipulation of a belt, to extend the life of use of the belt, and to simplify the process of manufacture, thus achieving the mass production thereof. CONSTITUTION: The fabric belt buckle is formed with a center opening(31) at the center of an inner panel(30) of a tubular buckle comprised of an outer panel(20), the inner panel, side panels, and a tubular bore. A toothed hook(34) is bent inwardly from a tip end(33) of a front section(32) of the inner panel so that the toothed hook is bent along an inward inclined axis(36) deflected backward across 30 degrees about a vertical axis(35).
