PURPOSE: An identification system is provided to offer an identification check request to a user if a service provider requests an identification request of the user, and to enable the user to directly process the identification check on the user himself or herself by making a message for credit card or other service usage specifications and sending the message to the service provider. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a service controller(31) and a service processor(32). The service controller(31) includes a service control module(311), a database(312), a memory(313), an operator matcher(314) and a web matcher(315). The service control module(311) performs an overall control operation for offering the identification check service. The memory(313) temporarily stores various data generated according to an identification check request. The web matcher(315) offers a web page for enabling an operator or a user to access the service system over the internet, receives various reservation data from the service providers or the users, and stores the data at the database(312) via the service control module(311). The database(312) stores user ID data, financial payment data, i.e. data on a credit card, service item data of web sites, various card numbers corresponding to the service items, web site log-in data, priority data of contact points, a mobile phone number, an e-mail address and others. The service processor(32), connected to the service controller(31) via a leased line, sends the identification check request data, offered by the service provider, to a corresponding user. The service processor(32) includes a service processing module, a signal processor, a service resource module, and a switch. The service processing module is connected to the leased line via a hub, and being connected to the signal processor, the service resource module and the switch via a control bus.
