SUPPORT BRACKET

A support bracket (1) comprising an elongate cross member (3) with a circular clamp (6) at one end, at least. The clamp (6) is connected to one end of the support bracket by an L-shaped fixing plate (4), which is held on the cross member (3) and the clamp (6), respectively, by nuts/bolts (8, 5). The clamp (6), is adapted to encircle a support pedestal (2) for floring when in situ. Although a circular clamp is shown, it is envisaged that clamps having other dimensions may be used, for example, hexagonal, square or rectangular clamps.
