A waveform digitizer device which is provided with N pieces of A/D converters connected in an interleave configuration when the number of interleave phases is N (at least 2), samples a sampling timing of each A/D converter at a specified timing corresponding to the interleave configuration for continued outputting, receives measured signals output from a device to be measured for quantization-converting, and receives time-series data from an A/D converter for Fourier transforming and interleaving; specifically, an interleave AD conversion system waveform digitizer device provided with a means of deleting a spurious component produced based on a phase error between N A/D converters.
