PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for analyzing chemical properties or physical properties of fluid in a reactive flow. SOLUTION: A chemical substance from the reactive flow is sent to a device for testing the physical properties of the chemical substance exhibiting the state of a chemical reaction. Data measured by the device are memorized in a computer, and the data are analyzed by the computer, and a reaction parameter can be controlled, based on the data analysis. The device used for the analysis has a rheometer having an actuator shaft and a concentric container, and, when the actuator shaft is rocked in the container, a shearing characteristic of the material sampled in the device is measured.
