PURPOSE: A method of forming a high contented biodegradable steam exploded biomass block-graft copolymers matrix compound is provided to substitute pulp, paper board and Styrofoam with a three layered composite sheet by applying physical, chemical and shape stability to the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A method of forming a high contented biodegradable steam exploded biomass block-graft copolymers matrix compound comprises the steps of forming a slurry state compound in which a steam exploded biomass, a binder group and the mixing water are dispersed uniformly, blending the slurry compound in an extruder, casting the blended slurry via a discharge unit, drying the cast slurry compound via a drying unit, and forming the dried compound. The compound product made of natural polymer has high flexibility, tensile strength, formability, and mass production characteristic.
