PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily findable the actual dimension of each part of a subject, by conducting effectively processing for calculation of the actual dimension based on a photographed image of the subject. SOLUTION: The boundary between the image of a subject 5 and an image of a background is detected, and the coordinates in vertical-directional and lateral-directional ends of the subject image are stored, in the front photographed image of the subject 5 provided by photographing the subject 5 using a digital camera 20. A pixel number corresponding to 1 mm is calculated based on a photographing magnification found from a zoom value of the digital camera 20 in the photographing, a photographing distance and photographing resolution found from a focus value, and a preliminarily stored coefficient, a pixel number is calculated based on the coordinates of the end parts of the subject image, the actual dimension of the subject 5 is calculated based on the pixel number and the pixel number per 1 mm, and the found actual dimension is corrected based on an upper face image of the subject 5 reflected on a top face mirror 61 positioned in an upper face of the subject 5. |
