PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide wave data so that there may be no uncomfortable feeling when performing an automatic performance while increasing or decreasing tempos by using previously recorded wave data. SOLUTION: Filtering is performed for original wave data (Figure 5 (a)) to obtain the waveform of the same Figure (b), and then the original wave data are divided at the rising of the corrugated envelope of the same Figure (b). Such a filter characteristics is employed that attenuation is performed over a band of '80 Hz to 8 kHz' so that the components of continuous portions such as a vocal and a base are removed, particularly, a band of '100 Hz to 300 Hz' is strongly attenuated. |
