PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass-ceramics dielectric material which can be fired at <=1,000 deg.C, and has a low dielectric loss in the high frequency region of >=0.1 GHz, and in which a multilayered substrate is not deformed even when fired simultaneously with a silver conductor, and to provide a sintered body and a circuit member for microwaves. SOLUTION: The glass-ceramic dielectric material consists of, by mass, 40 to 100% crystalline glass powder and 0 to 60% ceramic powder. The crystalline glass powder has a composition containing 35 to 65% SiO2, 10 to 30% CaO, 10 to 20% MgO and 0.5 to 35% ZnO, and wherein the material is capable of forming diopside (CaMgSi2O6) as the main crystals, and also, one or two kinds of crystals selected from hardystonite (Ca2ZnSiO7) and willemite (Zn2SiO4). |
