<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably assure the priority of a user with high priority by reliably avoiding the inadequate use of a terminal with high priority. SOLUTION: The communication connection between two users 6 and 7 is performed on the basis of priority corresponding to the voice of the user 6 at the calling side among two users 6 and 7 who talk over the telephone. The communication connection by user dependent priority enables the use of an arbitrary terminal of the user 6, and can effectively avoid the unauthorized/ inadequate use of others. A speech recognition device 4 which is connected to an exchange 1 to receive a voice packet from the exchange 1, and discriminates the user 6 corresponding to the voice packet, and a database 5 which defines the priority corresponding to the user 6, are provided for such communication connection. It is not necessary to have voice recognizing ability and the priority specifying database for every terminal because the speech recognition device 4 and the database 5 are used in common by all the members, and the exchange 1 is informed of the priority from the database 5, and thus priority service can be improved.</p> |
