THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION FOR VIBRATION WELDING, PART MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND AUTOMOTIVE LAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition for vibration welding capable of reducing a defective appearance without spreading burrs produced during the vibration welding along welded surfaces and a part made of a synthetic resin using the thermoplastic resin composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition for the vibration welding comprises 10-100 pts.wt. of (A) a graft copolymer prepared by carrying out graft polymerization of 10-90 pts.wt. of (a1) a cross-linked acrylic rubber obtained by polymerizing the following (a1-2) in the presence of the following (a1-1) with further 10-90 pts.wt. of the following (a2) [with the proviso that the sum of the (a1) and (a2) is 100 pts.wt.] and 0-90 pts.wt. of (B) a thermoplastic resin [with the proviso that the sum of (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.]. The part made of the synthetic resin and automotive lamp use the composition. (a1-1) a cross-linked polymer particle, (a1-2) an acrylic ester, a monomer having >=2 (meth)acryloyl groups or vinyl groups in the molecule and a monomer having allyl group in the molecule and (a2) at least one of monomer selected from the group consisting of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, an acrylic or a methacrylic ester monomer and other vinyl monomers.
