PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a silicone rubber foam composition, with which image quality of printed matter is improved by uniforming holes, a fear of transfer of cell dot mark to an image can be controlled and prevented and a silicone rubber foam. SOLUTION: This silicone rubber foam composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a silicone rubber compound with 0.1-30 pts.wt. of 1,1'-azo-bis(1-acetoxy-1-phenyl-ethane) and 0.1-10.0 pts.wt. of an acetoalkoxyaluminum diisopropylate as a blowing agent, spherical particles having 0.1-100μm average particle diameter and a necessary amount of a vulcanizing agent.
