PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive supplying device for a trigger cap made compact as a whole for enhancing efficiency of an attitude aligning work of the trigger cap, reducing installation space of the whole device, stably performing a rotating work of the whole of the cap when performing a screwing work and facilitating the control of torque and a screwing device for the trigger cap. SOLUTION: The trigger cap (a) carried by a chute 7 is locked at the middle and the direction of a blow nozzle e in the trigger cap (a) is detected by a nozzle detecting part 25. The operation of a second cap stopper 31 is controlled according to the detection result from the nozzle detecting part 25. When the blow nozzle e is not directed in a setting direction, the trigger cap (a) is reversed, the blow nozzle e is aligned in the setting direction and the trigger cap (a) is aligned toward a laterally directed position rotated by about 90 deg. on the downstream side.
