摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for measuring cooling performance of a cooler for an X-ray tube device with less error in a calculated cooling performance. SOLUTION: A cooling performance measuring device for a cooler for an X-ray tube device comprises a tank 3 in which a coolant is housed, a cooler 1 for cooling the coolant, a first path P1 connected between an exit side of the tank 3 and the cooler 1, a second path P2 connected between the inlet side of the tank 3 and the cooler 1, a cooler inlet temperature sensor 9 which detects the temperature of coolant at the inlet of the cooler 1, and a cooler exit temperature sensor 14 which detects the temperature of coolant at the exit of the cooler 1. A radiation temperature sensor 8 for detecting heat radiation amount at the piping is provided between the tank 3 and the cooler inlet temperature sensor 9.
