PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder transportation device capable of positively preventing the accumulation of powder such as blocking. SOLUTION: The powder is input and stored in a hopper 1 via an input chute. The powder inside the hopper 1 is taken out via a lower single cylinder 2 connected to a lower part of the hopper 1 and a delivery device 3 provided in a lower end of the lower single cylinder 2 and it is sent to a next process. Blow-in ports 5, 6, and 7 are provided in a tapered part of the lower part of the hopper 1, the lower single cylinder 2 and a hopper upper part. When humidity inside the hopper 1 detected by a humidity sensor 45 becomes a predetermined value or less, solenoid valves 19 and 35 are opened and dry air is blown in from the blow-in ports 5, 6, and 7 by driers 11 and 12.
