PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary mechanism of a blind, which enables an angle of a motion of the blind to easily agree with a prescribed angle, enables the motions of the plural blinds to easily agree with one another when the blinds are mounted continuously, and enables an improvement in operability. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 14 and an operating rod are coupled together via a rotation transmitting device 40 equipped with a gear mechanism 24. A protrusion 31a is formed in an extension part 31 of a rotor, rotated integrally with the rotating shaft 14, of the device 40. An uneven part 33e, wherein a protruding part interfering with the protrusion 31a is formed at each prescribed angle, is formed in a case 33 for receiving the extension part 31, and a feeling- of-click generating means comprises the protrusion 31a and the uneven part 33e.
