LIQUID BLEACHING AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid bleaching agent composition having excellent coating properties, a high bleaching power and a high bleaching speed and further excellent preservation stability. SOLUTION: This liquid bleaching agent composition comprises (a) 0.5-5 wt.% of an alkali metal hypochlorite, (b) 0.2-0.5 wt.% of an alkali metal hydroxide, (c) 0.05-1 wt.% of a tertiary amino oxide and (d) 0.05-1 wt.% of one or more kinds selected from an alkyl sulfate and a secondary alkanesulfonate. The total amount of the components (c) and (d) is <=1.5 wt.%.
