PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yarn feed package unreeling property by preventing unreeling fault by so-called ring collapse in a high speed unreeling, and to enable thereby to manufacture fabric and processed yarn at a high speed. SOLUTION: This unreeling device unreels yarn in an end surface direction of the yarn feed package, guides a unreeled yarn to make it pass through a guide A placed opposite to a yarn feed side end surface of the yarn feed package for controlling a yarn feeding direction, to an aimed yarn feeding direction. A guide B for exerting a force to the unreeled yarn from the guide, from an inside to an outside of an unreeling balloon is placed in the vicinity of the guide A.
