PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sparkling liquid delivering apparatus wherein a cooled drink which has properly sparkled can be continuously delivered in large quantities, without depending on the skill of a drink delivering worker. SOLUTION: The sparkling liquid delivering apparatus includes an ultrasonic wave sensor 20 located at the outlet 4a of a drink pipe (cooling coil 4) to detect the rate of sparkling of a drink, a flow-rate adjusting valve 30, which is located at the upstream portion of the drink pipe where the solubility of carbon dioxide is high to adjust the flow rate of the drink, and a flow rate adjusting valve controller 40 to adjust the opening of the valve 30 in response to the sparkling rate detected by the sensor 20.
