PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for folding and carrying sliced meat piece (m) capable of folding the sliced meat piece (m) of flexible raw meat into two and carrying it. SOLUTION: In this apparatus for folding and carrying sliced meat piece (m) having a folding tool 9 comprising a turnable shaft 3 having a folded piece on one side of circumferential surfaces intersecting in the carrying direction, the turning center of the turnable shaft 3 is arranged above the locus of movement of the sliced meat piece (m) on the folded side, and the folding piece folds the sliced meat piece (m) in a knocking-off manner in the folding direction while the folding piece is brought into contact with a back side of the sliced meat piece (m) and slides thereon.
