PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel shaped heating apparatus wherein its structure is simple and inexpensive and further excellent in waterproofing with easy later construction, and it is suitable for installation in a narrow space, particularly optimum for use at any place of water environments such as a toilet, a lavatory, a bathroom, and a kitchen, etc. SOLUTION: A heating sheet 1 having a self temperature adjusting function, in which a power supply heating member and an electrode member for supplying electric power to the heating member are pattern formed between two insulating films and encapsulated, is laminated on a heat insulating sheet 2 mounted on a floor surface F or a wall surface. A ceramics plate or a decoration plate 3 comprising rubber tiles is laminated on the former laminated sheet, and an electric power supply line 4 to the foregoing heating sheet 1 is wired in a cutout groove or a recessed groove formed in the heat insulating sheet. |
