PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for lining construction in the whole cross section of a pipe channel by using a self-propelled piping device for winding a band member around an annular formed frame, having rigidity to form a small- diameter pipe whose diameter is then enlarged, enabling smooth diameter enlarging operation and reducing labor for feeding speed and load control to the band member. SOLUTION: An outer periphery restricting frame body is arranged outward of the formed frame 1 at a prescribed space to be encircled on the outer periphery of a lining pipe R to be wound around the formed frame 1, in linkage with the formed frame 1. A pipe body is formed by feeding the band member 100, having a peripheral length larger than specified, by the formed frame 1 so that it has a diameter larger than the outside diameter of the formed frame 1.
