PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transponder for a tire which has a sufficient protective effect against bending stress during tire deformation or tensile stress during inflation and is capable of reducing the time constant of temperature information. SOLUTION: A transponder circuit 2 with a temperature measuring function is constructed on a hard substrate 1. The transponder circuit 2 is covered with resin 5 containing a thermal-conductive filler.
