PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt member by which elongation and contraction at a running time are reduced and an image having excellent quality is obtained. SOLUTION: The endless belt member used in an image forming device to form the image by passing through an electrifying process, an image exposure process, a developing process and a transfer process is constituted of at least two or more layers, and at least a first layer which is a most back face is obtained by the extrusion molding of a thermoplastic resin by the extruder of a ring-like die, and the Young's elastic modulus of a material constituting the first layer is set >=20000 kg/cm2, and tensile strength is set >=500 kg/cm2, and also the hardness of a material constituting a second layer at least positioned on a surface side from the first layer is set <=D85, and break elongation is set >=50%.
