PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up the image of visual field in a wide range from one viewing point with high resolution at the same time and to widen the visual field the image of which is picked up to the whole celestial sphere in such a case. SOLUTION: The visual fields 1152, 1151 and 1153 are obtained by using cameras 1101, 1102 and 1103 and mirrors 1161 and 1162, respectively. By reflecting the visual fields 1154 and 1156 of respective cameras 1104 and 1105 by respective mirrors 1163 and 1164, the visual fields 1155 and 1157 are obtained. Namely, the cameras 1104 and 1105 and the mirrors 1163 and 1164 are arranged so that the center of the lens of a virtual camera having the visual fields 1155 and 1157 may be aligned with a point 1199.
