PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical circulating type column chromatograph capable of adapting a dispensing system, which reduces the amount of a developing solution and enhances column separation capacity by circulating a column outflow liquid and extracting a necessary fractionated liquid, to a medium-large flow rate by employing a column, which generates no lowering of separation capacity and is reduced in the pressure fluctuations accompanied by the changeover operation of a flow channel, and a flow channel changeover valve and capable of being also utilized as a display medium or the like. SOLUTION: A circulating circuit, which passes the outflow liquid through one or a plurality of inner fine pipes from the terminal of a closed column to return the same to the start end of the column by a pump, is constituted and the simultaneous changeover to a developing solution supply flow channel and an outflow liquid drawing-out flow channel is realized by a reciprocating pattern type flow channel changeover valve.
