PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger where condensed water never drops into a ventilation flue, before being driven to a dew receiving pan. SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 2, which are long in a direction orthogonal to wind, are provided on the windward side of a plate fin 2, and an unevenness 2b, which extends in the direction orthogonal to the wind is made leeward side, a heat exchanger which is superior in heat exchange efficiency and will not allow condensed water to drop can be provided. Moreover, since a turn 2c is provided at the leeward end of the plate fin, a heat exchanger which can prevent the drop of the condensed water better can be provided.
