PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing the number of parts and lowering the machining precision of part items. SOLUTION: A plug 5 having a central opening and a valve seat on the side of a fuel supply opening 16 is fixed in the center of a diaphragm 6, a ball 3 constituting a valve element is opposed to the valve seat, and a shaft 8 is fixed to the ball 3. The shaft 8 is provided with a spheric tip, and is held separated from the bottom of a shaft receiving portion 11 formed in an end face of a housing 10 when a pressure control valve 1 is not in operation. When the pressure control valve 1 is in operation, the valve element can move on the tip of the shaft 8 and thus follow an inclination of the plug 5 constituting the valve seat, so that a complicated structure is unnecessary and high machining precision is unnecessary for a seating surface, to offer a reduction in the cost of the pressure control valve 1.
