PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which has excellent oil resistance, flexibility and low temperature impact resistance and further has excellent rubber elasticity, mechanical strength, heat resistance and the like. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of an addition polymerization type block copolymer (I) comprising a block copolymer having a polymer block (A1) consisting mainly of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B1) consisting mainly of a conjugated compound and/or its hydrogenated product; 30 to 250 pts.wt. of a softener for non-aromatic rubbers; a thermoplastic polyester based polymer (III) in an amount of 20 to 70 wt.% based on the total weight of the components (I), (II) and (III); and a polyester-based block copolymer (IV) having an addition polymerization-based block (D) comprising a block copolymer having a polymer block (A2) consisting mainly of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (B2) consisting mainly of a conjugated diene compound or its hydrogenation product and a thermoplastic polyester-based resin block (E), in an amount of 5 to 50 wt.% based on the total weight of the components (I), (II) and (III).
