PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an used ordinary-sized passenger car, including a light van, a mini-sized motor vehicle or the like, into an amphibian motor car, with an easy method. SOLUTION: A durable waterproof sheet is formed into a bag. A vehicle is covered with the durable waterproof sheet from the bottom with wheel parts left uncovered. Front wheels are mounted with plates for steering, and rear wheels are mounted with propellers for propulsive use so as to rotate for going- ahead and backing-up. The amphibian motor car, provided with waterproof structures of the front and rear wheels, in intake and exhaust structure of an engine, and a balancing structure as a ship or the like, has a structure capable of running on both of the ground and water. The amphibian motor car is constituted of the vehicle, the durable waterproof sheet, the plates for steering on the front wheels, the plates with paddles for obtaining propulsive power under water on the rear wheels, and the intake and exhaust openings, and the bottom thereof is shaped in a protruding manner so as to be stable as a ship, and is formed out of a floating material or the like for weight balancing of an engine section.
