PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PPO resin sheet suitable for a vehicle roof trim and the like capable of being easily cheaply made and preventing peeling of a packing material. SOLUTION: A PPO resin sheet with a backing material is easily made in a shortened process by extruding a CPP resin film 23 and laminating it on a laminate at the same time when the laminate is made by extruding a PPO resin foamed layer 21 and a PPO resin skin layer 22 and laminating them. When an internal finish base material is formed by use of the PPO resin sheet A, the CPP resin film 23 insulates a friction noise between a vehicle body panel 40 and itself to show an excellent backing property.
