PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material abounding in moldability and sound absorbing properties. SOLUTION: Powder 16 of a hot-melt adhesive is scattered on an adherent surface of a fibrous sheet 15 and a skin material 6 is adhered by the medium of the powder 16 of the hot-melt adhesive. Thereby air permeability is ensured.
