PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light-curable powdered coating composition. SOLUTION: This ultraviolet light-curable powdered coating composition comprises a binder comprising (A) at least one amorphous urethane acrylate and (B) at least one crystalline urethane acrylate (wherein, the Tg of a mixture of A and B is >=35 deg.C) and an auxiliary and an additive. The ultraviolet light- curable powdered coating composition is cross-linked to produce the weather- resistant coating film having high gloss and good light stability.
