PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component system polyurethane sealing material that facilitates the mixing work on mixing operation in no need of plasticizer for softening with reduced occurrence of bubbles after curing and reduced staining on the coated surfaces and gives low modulus and high elongation and excellent cold curing behavior. SOLUTION: The objective two component system polyurethane sealing material comprises (A) the base material of an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer prepared by allowing the isocyanate (NCO) in the polyisocyanate to react with the hydroxyls in the mixed polyols of polyoxypropylene diol and polyoxypropylene triol at a weight ratio of (3-7)/(7-3) in the range of molar ratio (NCO/OH) of 1.60-2.00 and (B) a curing agent including a polyol component of polyoxypropylene diol and polyoxypropylene triol at a weight ratio of (0-3)/(10-7) or mixed polyol components.
