PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator capable of driving various facilities inside and outside of a treating tank by utilizing flowing in and out energy of treated water. SOLUTION: Rotary blades are mounted corresponding to parts where the treated water flows in and out to be rotated and driven by the flowing in and out treated water, and the power generation energy is obtained from the power generated by the rotation. In this power generating device, the rotary blades are mounted on upper and lower parts of a vertical rotary blade shaft including an oblique shaft, and rotatable in a water conducting pipe at its outer periphery, a bottom face having a water dropping opening to a side of the outer periphery corresponding to a part between the upper and lower rotary blades, is mounted in the water conducting pipe, and a soil water conducting pipe is eccentrically connected to an upper part of the water conducting pipe.
