PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage cabinet capable of constituting a discharge route of a drain water, without being influenced by hindrance of an installation place. SOLUTION: The cooling storage cabinet R comprises a cooler 35 disposed in a heat insulation case 18, a drain pan 37 provided at a lower side of the cooler 35, and a drain hose 38 connected to the lower end of the pan 37 to discharge the drain. In the cabinet R, the hose 38 is lowered along the back surface of the case 18, then is drawn from a bottom rear part of the case 38 to a front part of the bottom and formed with a predetermined slack in the vertical direction, at the lower side of the bottom surface of the case 38.
