The invention relates to radiological apparatuses and, more particularly, to a system for recording on radiological film items of identification information while the film is still in place in the apparatus. The invention resides in the fact that the text of the information item is displayed on the screen of a display module (26) and that the light emitted by the said screen is transmitted to the radiological film (14) by a bundle (27) of optical fibres (28), the diameter of which decreases progressively in order to adapt to the dimensions of the zone to be recorded.
