METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TESTING CHARACTERISTICS OF THERMAL RESISTANCE FLOWMETER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply test characteristics of a temperature constant type thermal resistance flowmeter, using a different kind of test fluid from a fluid under test. SOLUTION: A testing resistor 206 is connected to a resistor 104 constituting a bridge circuit 1a of a thermal resistance flowmeter 1 with a thermal resistance 101, thereby changing the control condition of a current flowing in the bridge circuit 1a to vary the heating temperature of the thermal resistance 101, so as to artificially create a condition of the thermal resistance flowmeter 1 during measuring of a fluid under test, in a test fluid.
