PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability of a vehicle by clearly informing belt change timing to a driver by exactly grasping an abrasive state of an endless belt on a belt type automatic transmission loaded on the vehicle. SOLUTION: A belt change timing information device of the belt type automatic transmission to change a gear ratio as a winding diameter of the endless belt at a drive pulley and a driven pulley changes is furnished with driving state detection means S4, S5 to detect a specific driving state of the vehicle, a gear ratio detection means S6 to detect an actual gear ratio R of the automatic transmission, judgement means S7-S10 to judge that the endless belt is at change timing when a state where the gear ratio R exceeds a standard gear ratio R0 set larger than a set gear ratio continues for specified time t0 in a specific driving state and a display means to display a judgement result. |
