SOLUTION: This heat generating resistor sheet for fixing is provided with an heat generating resistor 2 on a metal foil 4 and the heat generating resistor sheet is formed at least by laminating a heat transmission strengthening layer 8 and a heat generating resistor layer 10 from the side of the metal foil layer and the heat transmission strengthening layer is an electric insulating layer having high thermal conductivity and in the heat generating resistor sheet, the heat to be generated by heating the heat generating resistor layer while turning on electricity is transmitted efficiently to the side of the metal foil through the heat transmission strengthening layer.
